Corporate Overview
LC Resources Inc. was established in 1984 by John Dolan and Lloyd
Snyder to develop software, services, and training for HPLC method
development and implementation. Tom Jupille joined the company in 1985
to lend his expertise in training, software development, and marketing.
In
1988, LC Resources established a laboratory for use in the validation
of numerical models in DryLab® software and for support of consulting
services. In 1991, the lab was expanded to provide additional support
for the company's consulting services and to respond to the growing
demand for contract laboratory services, particularly from the
pharmaceutical industry. The laboratory was acquired by Bioanalytical
Systems, Inc., and operated under the name BASi Northwest
Laboratory, Inc. until 2012 when its operations were
transferred to BAS facilities in Indiana.. The long-established and
successful method development software, DryLab, is now part of Molnar
Institute.
The
current business activities of the company focus on in-house and
open-enrollment training in HPLC and related techniques and draws on a
wealth of experience in HPLC theory and practice.
Training courses
cover comprehensive HPLC basics, HPLC of small molecules,
chromatography of biomolecules, advanced topics in method development,
troubleshooting separations and instrumentation, LC-MS, and special
topics. LC Resources offers these courses for open enrollment and as
customized in-house training.
